Next Step For National Health Bill..

When the news of Presidential accent to the National Health Bill came through, it shock the Health sector down to its marrows. I was so thrilled at the prospects of transformation this bill hold for the Nigerian.
 What is the next move? How do all this metamorphosize into what we can all see, feel and touch.
Then came from the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Health, Mr Awute,at a press briefing in Abuja. Hear him;

  “The next thing that we are going to do is to set up a committee that will look at the various verses of the Act, to give them interpretations that will be in consonance with reality,” Mr. Awute said.
He said parameters for setting up the committee have been thoroughly discussed as the ministry is on the verge of its inauguration.
He also expressed gratitude to the ​l​egislature, ​civil society, industry players and market women association, development partners for their support towards the enactment of the Act.
